Love your vlogs Brogan! I can relate I’ve lost my best friend 2 years from a heart condition. I still haven’t found any new friends , but I will say it’s also teaching me to do things alone or what I enjoy. You’re a great person Brogan anyone would be lucky to have a friend like you !
Couldn’t not say that I know what you mean re friendships. I’m almost 45 and I have a very old friend from childhood that can rely on and we love each other to bits but rarely see each other…..BUT the last 10 years I’ve not added anyone really to my very small circle. Don’t dwell on it. People come into your life for a reason, the same for leaving your life….❤❤❤❤
Sending love about the friendships ❤ I had a big group of school friends (8 of us) who I thought were for life, but since I've had kids and they haven't they've just stopped inviting me out and we've drifted. It's an adjustment but I'm working on myself and hopefully will make new friends with mums in my area! It's defo something I wasn't prepared for 😢
Yesss to the friendships chat.. makes me feel a little better that someone else doesn't have a best friend. I've always struggled to keep good friends, just have a lot of buddies haha
Luckily I have a wonderful partner and two lovely twin boys which makes everything much better 😊
Brogan you look fab. You have achieved so much, You have a lovely Fiance, a beautiful dog and a mum who's is so supportive. You really need to believe in yourself more.
You will never be alone! Friendships are a 2 way street. So much harder when you are doing all the heavy lifting. Sometimes standing back and taking stock of the value of that friendship is the right thing to do. Sending lots of love xxx

Thanks for sharing your dental journey. I have never loved my teeth either but, I've made a plan for the new year to get some similar work done. ❤ Finding adult friends is hard work, all my best friends are scattered all over the place. One of them is in the UK!

Sending virtual friendship and so much love for your channel. Ive lost girlfriends along the way and ive realised as ive grown and become more confident in who i am that its not a bad thing. I met my now husband and he firmly appointed himself as my best friend, soul mate and now daddy of our puppy so i think i will take that! My type of vlog! The teeth are looking fantastic! If you know Madea stop had a great analogy for friends. Some are roots, your foundation. Some are limbs. There when you need them. Are some are leaves. Here one day gone the next. Every friend has a season. I have experienced this in my life. As long as you face your roots, they will always be your foundation. ❤
Hi x3B’s! Love seeing you and Bonnie having a cuddle ❤️❤️ Well done at the dentist Brogan. Teeth are my biggest and most hateful problem. It keeps me awake at night😔. Creating friendships can be very tricky even when you are an older bird like me! Please try not to overthink it Brogan. I had to let a 15year friendship go as it became so toxic and destructive. There is definitely a grieving process attached to it but, like all grief , you learn to live with it and move on. Not easy but doable. Stay strong and keep the faith! Have just joined Readly so must dash! There are magazines awaiting!! Xx

Teeth look amazing. I have a sister who is my best friend and a best friend but otherwise only about 3 other actual friends. It’s been a concern for me at times but actually as I’ve aged I’m less bothered, these friends are truly there for me and me for them I actually don’t think I could support more than that. Another lovely vlog, have a great week x

I'm 43 and never had a true close friend or friends which does make me sad, I always wished I had friends to go on girl trips and days out but its never happened for me. My best friends are my 25 and 23 yo daughters and my mum and they make my world complete ❤️

I've watched you for so long Brogan and your videos comfort me so much, but i never had the courage to comment for some reason. But I really relate to your part about adult friendships. I'm the same, have lost childhood friends and friends i thought were forever. I have lovely colleagues, but it's hard! I've learnt to deal with it and My boyfriend is my best friend anyway. So related to the friendship chat. Tbh my husband is my best friend. We both work full time so my down time, is always choose to hang out with him. Sometimes worry that I should make more effort but I like my little life xx

Can relate about losing best friends, whilst I have friends I can do things with, I certainly don't have a girl gang or one girl friend who I speak to everyday/have tons in common with/do loads with all the time. Haven't had that since school really and it sucks when you see everyone else with that but then you have to wonder how 'real' that is.I often think once you find your family (Benji) then you're ok, but it's normal to feel that. Not alone!! x
I can completely relate to how you feel about friendships. I see many women have big groups of friends but I have never been that way. I feel like I give 110% to my friendships and I tend to have someone I am close to for a while but then there is always a natural drifting and unfortunately I just feel like even if I make the effort the same amount isn't reciprocated. I'm sure other people reading this probably just think I'm a horrible person and that's why I don't really have any friends but I really do think I have something to give and I do try my best. Luckily I've got the best husband who does fill that void ❤ thank you for talking about this B, I'm sure we'd all love to be your bestie!!

Thank you for recommending readly, I downloaded it and been enjoying it a lot ❤ I’ve downloaded cosmopolitan, grazia and women’s running, will look for a Christmas one too i think :) I’m 37 and I don’t have many friends either, I am a homebird and shy so naturally keep myself to myself to myself, I go out to work twice a week and enjoy catching up with my colleagues and I found joining the gym helpful as I’m around people which is nice. I have a best friend who I see as much as we can do but my husband, children and mum really are great friends of mine and I love being in their company. 😊 love your videos Brogan ❤ x x

I’ve lost so many over the years I think as you get older things change I felt the pressure to have a hen do which I really didn’t enjoy it at all. I got 2 veneers after braces when I was 18 and it was the best thing I ever did! 12 years later and I still love them 🩷

I'm 49. I've never had a girl gang either. I've had individual girl friends who've come and gone from my life. I used to stress about this and felt that I was somehow a bit weird or that it was my fault but I'm comfortable with it now and I just cherish the individual friends I have. Also, your teeth look awesome!

Friendships in your 30’s really are different, they come and go, I think for me mainly because I’m more aware of myself and people taking advantage of my kindness, so I’ve stepped away. My husband is my best friend ❤ I have some friends that I made as a child that will be friends for life but we don’t really see each other or message etc just because our lives are so vastly different now and that’s ok. It’s a time of change and having those people that bring something to the table with you rather than those who just take away from it.
Love your vlogs, have them on while I’m working away at home 😊

Your teeth look great. It's a very subtle change (I didn't notice until you mentioned it) but if it makes you feel good, it will be well worth it. My teeth were terrible as a teen and I had braces for 2 1/2 years. It was the best money my parents ever spent on me. I never allowed people to take pics of me because of my teeth, and once the braces were off, I was all smiles in every pic. It's all well worth the pain and money.

Definitely don’t recommend injuring yourself before your wedding. We got married at the start of April last year and in mid January I fell down some stairs and broke my shoulder in 2 places! Thankfully I was mostly recovered by the big day!
