Hi Shona, I have been watching your videos for a while now. We have a lot in common, we are based out of Bangalore, I am a Cloudnine mom and my son just turned 6 months old. His nickname is "Meev" (we call him Meevu). I relate to your videos so much as I find myself in similar situations/challenges in upcoming days and thankfully your tips and solution work. Can you share the detail of your CCTV camera? Also, what do you do when your nanny puts Neevu to sleep? My son is a light sleeper so my nanny has to put him to sleep on our bed (we don't have a crib) and sleeps beside him as he needs to be frequently held or patted. I am now worried about hygiene. Though I have given her a fresh set of clothes, she sleeps on my bed using my pillow etc. we change bedsheets every alternate days but is there a way to ensure she does not use our bed? Wondering how to do that in a polite manner.

Our nanny doesn't put him to sleep , we do it. When he sleeps I sit beside him and do my designing projects.

Instead of giving her new dresses buy full sleeve white or any light color cotton mix like aprons so that she can wear it at ur home and leave it there n u only wash n keep so that u know it’s clean and less infection issue.
Like I said her embroidery work stones falls off so wearing apron won't solve such issue
