Is the Queen's Park Swizzle an Evolved Version of the Mojito?

Everyone once a while we find a drink the resonates with us, and this drink certainly ticks all the boxes. If your a Mojito fan I suggest you give this drink a try, both drinks are excellent but will be making this a lot more.
Ingredients
2 Oz (60ML) Demerara Rum
1 Oz (30ML) Fresh Lime Juice
3/4 Oz (22.5ML) Simple Syrup
8-10 Mint Leaves
Angostura Bitters
