Boss Ladies has always been my favorite dance because as a dancer, and even if you're someone who doesn't know much about dance, you can tell that the girls really felt confident and really loved the choreography - they looked amazing!

Hip hop is actually very difficult. It's very fast and the movements are very precise. You have to have a lot,of energy and power to pull,off a good hip hop number. It's also a very different technique from like lyrical and contemporary. And, it's one that until more recently wasn't a favorite winner for competition.

The champs is my favourite hip hop dance, for two reasons. One the music is very fun to listen to and the shoes were amazing not to mention when I think of hip hop I think of some moves from the champs.
2. They had to learn this dance in two hours on the same day as competition and somehow managed to do well without messing up.
