That was a fun battle! I feel the same about Tribeca and BR540 - I can’t choose! To my nose, they smell quite different from each other, so it depends on my mood too on which one I prefer 😊 I agree about the rose 🌹 battle - they are both lovely rose dominant scents, but Atomic Rose has a darkness and deepness that I prefer. Delina is a bit too girly and bubbly for me.

I love the versatility and effortlessness of TriBeCa and BR540. Unfortunately, I’m basically anosmic. Think it’s the heavy ambroxan. Any suggestions for other fragrance(s) with the elegant fir resin, amber, woody qualities these others have? 🙂 Love your channel ❤️
Oh no! So sorry to hear that, but it sounds pretty common. Tribeca is one of a kind and I can’t quite think of anything like it. Do you like BR540 Extrait? I wonder if that might be an option (if you don’t mind the nuttiness). I love that version as well, but only have the Alexandria Fragrances version called Interplay Extrait (which I love). 😊. I would recommend Amber Oud Rouge, which I also really enjoy, but if you’re anosmic to BR540 it may be the same.
Ahhh, I wonder if I was influenced by the reviews I read before I got it! Either way, I’m really glad that phase is short lived! It’s so beautiful - wish it was available now! 😊
Wow atomic rose and Delina is vastly different for me. Delina has a strong musky base, lots of tartness and an ozionic airy quality. It’s not rose centric, it’s a lovely balance of floral, fruity tartness and musk. Atomic rose is insanely rose centric, loads deeper, i primarily get rose and potpourri lol I’d never consider them similar aside from the rose and some of the top notes. Atomic rose gave me a huge migraine and on me I got feedback that I smelled like a Rosey old lady lol!
Yes! Totally! I’m so happy you like it! I think Fancy is amazing for more of an easy going vibe and Note Vanillee is perfect for just a hint of spicy/booziness!! 😍

Mindy, how do you apply the 1ML samples? I also find not being able to spray frustrating. I got the same off-putting body odor smell with Note Vanillee that really lingers-makes it a deal breaker for me, unfortunately
I’ve got to stop ordering the 1mL samples, I have no clue why I keep doing that to myself! 🤣 I have the same issue - so I’ll just apply them to my hand/wrist with the little stick (?!?…applicator) in them. Wow, so the body odor scent doesn’t go away for you?! That’s such a bummer. 😭. I think it’s a lovely vanilla after it settles. I hope I don’t buy a full bottle and run into the issue of that phase staying when it’s sprayed!!

Which one - are you curious about Note Vanillee? If so, I definitely think it is similar to Tribeca in terms of its unisex quality! To me Tribeca is right down the middle to where anyone could wear it, and I feel the same way about Note Vanillee! I hope this helps. 😊

I had heard it was discontinued, too! I can’t find it anywhere. When I emailed them they said it’ll be available on the M. Micallef eshop in February with a new bottle design (hopefully not a new, higher price! 🤣). And thank you for the pronunciation on Vanillee! Really appreciate it - I will remember that in the future! 😊❤️

Both tribeca and 540 smell the same on me. 540 last longer on me so I just sold my tribeca.
