I'll try not to, but it feels pretty unsustainable sometimes. Imagine the game ended Friday night, and I spent almost 15 hours making it before I released it on Sunday night!
There is NO OTHER COACH in Euroleague that can compare to the MASTERMIND of coach Bartzokas. He is BY FAR the best Euroleague coach of last 5 years AT LEAST ! His nickname (we the fans gave him), is Τhe Chessmaster. Figure out yourselves why... Best tactics, smart, plays and everything else, that Europe has EVEN SEEN. And with this year's roster..., boy he is going to triumph in the end and win the title FOR SURE ! 😉👌🏻 @BasketHead Keep doing the GREAT analysis you do everytime. You are by far the best in Europe who does that. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Great video as usual! - On a higher level I think PAO's defence is just not there yet in terms of communication and automatic moves, hopefully it gets there at some point (I am a PAO fan). Also coach Ataman doesn't seem to care a lot about the low level details in most games, sacrificing some games over the year for his players being able to figure it out when it really matters (but risking not getting there if a lot of Ls pile up until then). An example is how Papapetrou was not bad against Fournier but he still opted for Osman every time in the 2nd half (Osman has a higher ceiling). Or did not put Yurtseven back in when Milutinov entered. - Also, not being able to pass into the post showed how Grigonis is very important in some setups (also high defensive IQ despite the relative lack of motor) - Papapetrou could post Fournier in my opinion, and is also a good passer which he developed when PAO did not have a PG in 2020/21 so he was the primary ball handler - Fournier's clutchness reminded me of Nedovic when in PAO (76-81 some years back) - He could have tried Kalaitzakis on Fournier at some point, the guy is a hustle machine - Coach B do not read my comment and get ideas!
With your clear analysis you force the spectator to watch closely how players act off ball. I was surprised to see how intense is the Olympiakos defensive plan, especially with the post denials. Also how those offensive cuts are iniciated. No wonder why most of the teams have no antidote for Bartzokas system. Keep up the good work
The most interesting fact was that even though Oly played some impressive defence at times, game was an offensive showdown. 3rd period 14 consecutive baskets! Guys from both teams were unstoppable!
Always loving your analysis. I just wanna add the negative factor of the match for panathinaikos. Osman. He was lost defensively and was an important reason for Fournier to get berserk

Despite the Bartzokas basketball, without Fournier clutch shots, Oly would have lost. Pana is not to be underestimated. Despite a terrible defensive game, they almost won the game. Pana 1-1 and PnR attacking is still effective as they have the best players for these situations. Small details decide the winner.
Hey @BasketHead , thanks for your comment! I didn't say you underestimated Pana, what I meant is that despite the amazing offence from Oly (multiple plays, variations etc), the old-school 1-1 and PnR from Pana matched it and almost won over it. Pana failed to score 4 times when on 85-87, and Oly did, and decided the game. Excellent work btw BasketHead 👏 Keep it up!
@@AnastasioTV-o4k No it could never win in this match, Oly was under control the whole time. There is a new moto in Bartzokas system lately, "keep calm at all cost". And this one along with the B system, will give Oly the trophy this year. Maybe b2b next year as well
Olympiakos did the perfect game! He didn t miss a shoot..had 53% on 2s and 50% on 3s! Plus his players took all the offensive rebounds except one! I mean...respect to his victory, but i don t think his players repeat a game like this!
Were you watching another game ? Panathinaikos had more than 50% at 3 points as well. Oly lost a a lot of shoots but they dominated at the rebounds. Oly didn't play a good defence as well. I know you are a pao fan and you are looking for excuses right now as usual
lmao 😆😆😆😆 Can you guys recognise your opponent being better than you FOR ONCE? Panathinaikos had 57% at two-points, 52% at three-points (Olympiacos had 53% and 50% respectively), shot 9 more free throws and had 7 more fouls awarded. How did Olympiacos did the perfect game but Panathinaikos didn't?? They both played great, but Olympiacos was just better. If you had watched a few more backetball games in your life, you would have known that every single one of Olympiacos' players have repeated games like this multiple times. Milutinov is not just going to stop dominating everyone under the basket. He's been doing that for a decade. And I'm pretty sure Fournier has scored 4+ three-pointers at least a couple more times in his entire career... in the NBA. Additionally, the main reason the score was close enough for you to bounce back, was because Olympiacos made a lot of turnovers in the first half (missing multiple lay-ups, wrong passes and other mistakes) and gave you 10-15 points like gifts in the span of just a few minutes. The game would have been over way sooner if it wasn't for that. Learn how to lose and learn to respect your opponent. Or... watch a different sport please.

The interesting thing was seeing Walkup as a "center" posting sloukas constantly and finding the open man inside and outside.
Olympiacos and coach Barjokas are the best...
"The best" is pretty subjective. What’s more objective is that Oly and Bartzokas are among the top teams and coaches in the league, respectively ;)
