    Those are some very good observations about the benefits of living in the present - I particularly like the one that says "If you're sad and depressed, you're living in the past - if you're anxious and worried, you're living in the future." The only thing I would disagree with is your statement that the past doesn't exist. It may not exist for humans but C.S. Lewis once said that the past and the future are present to God, since he is outside of and not limited by time. It was very interesting though - thanks!

      Please don't mis-understand. I'm not saying the past doesn't exist in that it didn't happen. Yes, I agree with C.S. Lewis. Plus, our past is what has made us what our personality and body is today. And, understanding our past can be helpful to us in lots of ways. What I am saying is that we cannot live in the past and dwelling on it continually keeps us from living in the present. We want to experience life as it is happening and that's right now. I have info about an interesting experiment that I'll send to you in an e-mail. Too long for this little box on RUclips ;) Thanks again for watching and for all of your helpful comments.
