    Hi sir. I suffered bg bleed very mild recently. I have weakness in left side. I am able to do activities due to continuous physiotherapy but not precise. Can I become normal again like how I was before? I'm really worried.

      Hi ....so sorry to hear that. R u suffering from high BP ? If so pls make sure it's under control. Yeah continue with physiotherapy and keep doing physical activities...u will be able to do all activities like before....but it will take some time. Take care.

      @@Dr.Raghu-simplified_classes Thank you for your response sir. Yes it happened due to hypertension. I had taken tablet but still don't know how it shot up. Now it's under control. Endocrine dept has asked me to do a aldo reninin test to check young age hypertension reason. I hope they diagnose.

    Sir i have a query, why patients of parkinsonism are administered L-dopa

      Levadopa is the precursor of dopamine. As there is degeneration of dopaminergic nigrostriatal tract in parkinsons, hence levadopa is given.

      Hey it's straitum only, because striatum is inhibiting the Globus pallidus internal segment, and Globus pallidus IS is inturn inhibiting thalamus, so there is inhibition of inhibition....hope u got it.

      Sir plz clear dis, As far as my understanding the pathway should follow the order so probably Globus pallidus IS is the one which converts the inhibition of the inhibition may be not the striatum if am wrong
