    I have heavily hooded eyes and am overweight so here in my 30s, the lids got puffy and droopy. This helped so much. I've slacked off because I don't work alone anymore (I did a lot of exercises at work- multitasking!)- Back in the game for 2020. THANKS so much for sharing so much knowledge on youtube!

    I know you posted this awhile ago but I have a great tip for avoiding crows feet. It is real easy, when you wipe something on our off of your eyes, do not wipe from the inside of your eyes to the outside of your eye. Wipe from the outside inwards. Think about it. When you wipe from the inside out you are stretching your skin. When you are wiping from the outside in you are not stretching your skin. My mother told me this when I was around 12, I am 55 now and I have no crows feet. I can't tell you if it is from my mothers tip or genes, but how hard would it be to use this tip? Good Luck.

    This method is actually really brilliant. I've been using it to lift my brows for a while and it really works but you need to be consistent and do it at least once a day

      Itay Aier after doing it every day I began seeing results after about a week or 2 I would say. But I find that sometimes if I skip a few days my brows will fall back to normal and will pick back up once I return to the process so it's definitely something you have to keep up with but the good thing is that you create muscle memory so as long as you continue to do it then you should have great results

      Hello, how many times do you do each set? I guess that doing each only one time for 10 seconds wouldnt help, do you do it like 10 times in a row?

    This really works, I jusr have crows feet on left side because of little droppy of eyebrow. After this its gone. This is natural bottox, so happy to find this. And feels so good doing these exercices, its relaxing

      This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "face yoga jennifer aniston" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.

    Thank you so much! One of my eyes is more droopy than the other, and I can't lift that eyebrow either, but the opposite eyebrow I can raise easily. I look similar to the old photo you showed of yourself - quite asymmetrical. It's been bothering me for some time now. So now I am going to do this exercise to even out my eyes when I am watching RUclips. Thanks again!

    I saw another on You Tube doing yoga exercises for the eyes and she did the opposite you did. She put her hands over her brows and then pushed down with the eyes feeling tension but it didn't make sense. I have very droopy eye lids, very droopy and I'm going to try these exercises as it makes more sense to have your eyes go up if they are droopy. Thanks, Diane

    For anyone new to face yoga and skeptical of the concept, I was too but tried it out and IT WORKS!!!!! Im 22 but have an asymmetrical hooded eye and Its starting to even out and lift up. But I followed her exercises religiously for 3 weeks. Also from personal experience, Some face yoga teachers ask you to do the opposite- try closing your eyes shut while stretching your eyebrow up with your finger or train your forehead muscles by pushing your eyebrows up with them DO NOT DO EITHER OF THESE please. They made my eyes sag more. Its important to follow channels like these that give out correct information.

      I suggest you to keep practicing as long as you want to keep the results. Same as body, face muscles will lose tonus if you don't do the exercises.

    Hi! I was told today that I need an eyebrow lift to fix my droopy forehead. But I can't afford it and also the preview of what I'd look like was such an extreme difference. I didn't look like me anymore at all 🥺...but it seems I need the eyebrow lift really bad because my forehead is giving me chronically tired eyes and headaches. Can these exercise help enough to improve my condition so that I won't need to do the surgery anymore? 🥺🥺🥺

    Few years ago I really wanted to be able to raise just one eyebrow, so I practised and learned. With my attitude I always raised 1 brow. Now my face on that side is lifted... the other is not :D

    Hi, i'm 33 and when i was around 7 i fell on my jaw and now i have noticed that my face is asymmetric, so my eyes are not very aligned and i can see it on pictures or even when i put make up on, also my lips have the same asymmetric problem and of course the contour of my jaw... so my question is, if there are any yoga exercises that would help me look more symmetric. I'd appreciate if you could give me some advice.

    This video is amazing, and you are STUNNING. My brows are also uneven and I'm gonna try this. Both of my brows are lower than I'd like, one is just especially low. In the first excercise, should I still push down on the higher brow?
    And then the part about raising up the outer brow: if one side is much higher, should I only do it on the low side? Thank you!

    how long till you notice a difference and correction comes and stays?

      Some people see results right away, even after one practice! But after 2 weeks of practice most people will see results (see Before/After photos). Please note that measuring facial changes is very different from measuring body changes which are easy to track with scales and other measuring devices. The results on the face are much more subtle and appear slowly over time. For this reason, I highly recommend taking Before/After photos to keep yourself motivated. You should keep practicing as long as you want to keep the results.

    I just started doing eyelid lift exercises recently from other videos and noticed that my sagging eyes became worse. Is there any solution to it? I really wanted a natural process and was hoping if I could still work this out. I also like to try your technique, what do u think ma'am? Hope u reply back. Thanks.

      The biggest tip we have for you, is to take pictures. This can help track your progress and notice small changes that you may not otherwise notice. We suggest that you continue to exercise the poses and follow the below tips:
      1. Follow the instructions in each video *fully*, really pay attention
      2. Visualize and focus on the muscles you're using
      3. Make sure you're not using muscles you shouldn't, like the forehead when doing eye exercises
      4. Practice in front of a mirror until you're 100% confident you're doing it correctly
      5. Pay attention to your daily habits. For example, if you're doing neck & jawline exercises, but at night you're sleeping on a pillow that's too high and forms creases on your neck then that would be counter productive.
      6. Drink enough water and moisturize

    Could you please give a little more information regarding the exercises do you advice? Like how often to do them and The number of repetitions ;)

      I suggest doing the exercises in 3 sets, 3-5 times per day for optimal results.
