Engine noise yes when the engine gets heated. Till now i interacted with 2-3 people facing this issue I own a vstrom, I'm facing this engine noise issue too.
This type of engine noise after heating is common for all the bikes. This happens after prolonged long rides. But once the engine cools down then the noise goes away. And since V strom is oil cooled (Not liquid cooled) the cooling period is little higher then other bikes which are liquid cooled. But if you are hearing any engine noise when its cold then the issue mighty be of engine knocking or it might be of tappet issue.
@@chain_tensioner thanks for your detailed comment, engine noise comes sooner after some ride in traffic and even in the normal starting this isn't a silent motor. It will roar with its unique voice 😢. I'm happy with the machine but that sound sometimes make me think is something really wrong?
I don’t know what kind of noise you are getting…. But if you are hearing kat kat sound at cold start then it is tappet problem rest everything is normal bro
@@chain_tensioner I have a video of cold start. These service guys will not accept there is a sound. I can't service it outside 😞. Kind of living with it mode.
If you are using soft luggage you can easily cruise around 120 to 130 kmph, but if you are using Top Box and Panniers then the max cruising will be around 110 to 120 kmph
@@santhoshronic3675 It is purely based on your preference.. if you prefer off road: yezdi would be a better choice, If you do more of highway riding and city ride and touring then go for vstrom. I own a vstrom and I'm happy with it.
