When it's in spherical shape, the time taken for heat to reach the centre of the vade is more during which the outer crust becomes 🔥 burnt, resulting in burnt outer layer and uncooked core in the center

We tried this recipe as per your measurements and tips. Came out very very good and super tasty.All these days I used to grind the batter for only around 15 mins. And also I used to add few spoons of rice flour. I added the rice flour as per your recipe and ground the batter for 30 mins till it became fluffy. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience.. Everybody do not like to share their recipes.May God bless You 🙏🙏

In fact the hole is made in vada not just for tradition. It has lot of Physics behind it. The hole decreases the effective thickness for heat flow and increases the total area for heat flow. Both these factors facilitate better heat penetration into the Vada, making the frying process faster and effective.
Krishna, experience us in your dad's hand. There is perfection. He us removing even the small pieces from the kadai. Goid to see that alongwith equal sizes of vada. I liked his way if mixing items with thre batter. In all these things lot of oerfections. Hats off. Eager to see more items thro him.
