According to VBT, the metal atom or ion under the influence of ligands, it uses its orbital to undergo hybridisationThese hybridised orbital overlap with ligand orbital and form bonding.

These electrons paired under the influence of strong ligand like CN.
The remaining empty two orbitals ,one s orbital and three p orbitals intermix and form d2sp3 hybridisation which receive pair of electrons from CN group for bond formation.

spin= low spin complex
Since inner 3d orbitals are involved, this complex is inner orbital complex
