Imagine how hurt I was to find out my ex who I did so much for said one of the reasons she wanted to break up was because she wanted to sleep with other guys. I used to take her son to and from school, show up to his big events, and play basketball with him. He was my best friend. Everything changed when I stopped taking her out on dates because I wanted to save up to find us a place since we lived with my parents. I told her that the dates will slow down so I can save up. My family and I would watch her son so she could go to the gym. Months after the break up, I found out she’s dating someone from that gym. I honestly think she’s using him to make me mad but I’m not playing that game. I blocked her 2 months ago and haven’t looked back. I think I’m better off focusing on myself. The next woman I pour into has to pour into me so she has to go.

Had I not known that, I would have left the door open for her to come back. Now she’s can never come back. Maybe things aren’t working out with her new guy because she texted my mom last month. She ruined her chances forever with me so she’s going to have to deal with the consequences.
Last year I went all in, to see how she would respond. Her boyfriend left her and took half their rent money. After we got together she lost her job. I covered her rent, her car note, her utilities and giving her time to bounce back, we were out trying on engagement rings. We had a history of on again off again but this time I decided to give it a real shot. She got a job after 3 months of me paying for both houses, mine and hers. And shortly afterwards I found out that her ex had been still coming by, behind my back, the entire time. Now here's the crazy part. There was a part of me that knew I had to go all in.
