Guy doing the filming was being a bit of a jerk. Someone caught in the intersection, yeah, they should have waited, but that's not what the horn is supposed to be used for.
@@zekeigtos7240 video doesn’t show it well, but she entered the intersection after the light was already green for us and was clearly not enough space for her to clear it. She didn’t simply get caught in the intersection, she completely caused the problem herself.
@@GLIDashcam Fair enough. I unfortunately witnessed a case a few years ago where someone got caught in an intersection through no fault of their own (traffic at normal speed, then suddenly those in front suddenly slammed on the brakes leaving two cars sitting in the turn) and another car slammed on the horn and literally rammed the side of one of the cars sitting in the intersection. it was either road rage or an insurance scam.
