Actually is pretty easy, in your editior put the background pic first and on top of it put the ts and size it down, after that click on the ts video and use outerglow on it and its done

@@notytanny1821 well basically since you watcher it he had just a bit of emotion which was rage when he lost everything in his childhood but after the battle with danzo and recalling his memories he lost all of them too but then a thought came to his mind to save everyone and that thought got overpowered by rage soon by his fight with kakashi.. and you arent an idiot
