To explain how that raikage thing happened the short answer would be commission requests. Long answer is that a single person dropped thousands of dollars for multiple artists to make raikage smut. Eventually they didn't need to pay anymore since the H fandom thought raikage was the default at this point

And Sasuke wanted to bring the clan back, so he probably feels good seeing his wife and daughter wearing the clan crest when he is home every blue moon.
