Discussions like this need to happen. From graphic design to space designation--branding and the passion for coffee should shine. Love it.

As a former cafe owner and now working at a roastery and I sometimes find myself wanting to get back into the ownership of a roastery/cafe again. By the way, your coffee was completely delicious and your brew guides were a big help and a nice change and some big improvement to be had from some of the recipes I sort of defaulted back to.
