I like the stand on the x24 but I bought a $20 1ft camera tripod for the roughneck. I hunt small fields and woods and the roughneck has all the adjustments needed to make the sounds clear enough for that. When I go out west to open prairie it also can send noise super far when needed. Thanks for the review video!

The Battery in the X24 is removable by opening the back plate. I have the X2S and found the battery life to be very long between charges. I was impressed with the remote range on the X2S compared to my Fusion. I agree with mixing the calls due to different pitch and sound between the different brands. Good luck this season, looking forward to seeing your videos.

Used to run a Foxpro Hellfire, loved the thing and had good success with it. "Upgraded" to the Fusion and instantly noticed that the coyotes didn't like it at all for some reason, not sure if its the tinny small speakers or wires rattling inside the unit when it plays but it really is worse than even going out there with a small doe bleat can.... Its since been discontinued. Looking at some of the newer units with the bigger cone speakers they want 800 USD up for them now, kinda soured me on the whole coyote hunting deal.
Listening to both callers even on your video recording both of them sound miles above the sound quality of the fusion.. not crackling on the highs, no noise from any internal components vibrating, and no tinny sound. Funny enough I play some of the same sounds you used on my Fusion and my dog wont react to it but he reacts to the sound in your videos!
Which diaphragms do you use or recommend? Its a struggle with dentures and the read style mouth calls.

Great content!!! I like the sounds, mainly the howls, with the lucky duct products. I hunt a lot and in bad weather at times. I don’t like the lucky duck warranty of one year. Two of them have died around the 14 -16 months of purchase and use. After calling lucky duck I was re informed about their one year warranty. I use fox pro because of the five year warranty and they are a great call as well. Thanks!!

Don't have your experience. My friend and I are about to start calling on his 9k acre hog and coon infested ranch. Lots of coyotes as well. I just can't go with the wholly China dependent Lucky Duck. I've HAD IT with China. I feel sorry for Lucky Duck. They gave it a good shot but just one year sucks for a warrantee and it probably takes many millions to get US manufacturing up and running. Lucky Duck will be dead and buried within a couple years. They presently have ZERO product available.

Agree 100% with the ability to recharge the X24 without the PITA of removing the batteries, but I like the Lucky Duck's "handshake" feature between the caller and the remote. (Nothing's worse than getting all set up and then finding out that the caller sometimes responds and sometimes doesn't.)

I just broke down and bought an x24. Noticed that LED on the back is super bright and lights up the ground around it. Makes for finding the call when done with stand easier, which is nice, but have you ever noticed it spooking coyotes when hunting at night?

I have an X2S simply to play two sound at once. I had it and the roughneck both. I sold the roughneck. I didn’t like the remote at all. To think, didn’t like the toggle button in the middle being raised the antenna on top is stiff and will break easily. I felt like sound quality out of the x2s was slightly better and the tx1000 is so much nicer I just didn’t need the outlaw so I sold it. Still have the little lucky duck riot because Rick has some great sound’s and the riot is a powerhouse of a little call. But foxpro nailed it with the x series combined with the best remote it’s hard to beat
