Ok. So… a song about some chick conning some poor dude into killing another man is kinda weird. Not very original either. The lyrics, I thought he was trying to hard to pick certain words to make the song have more emotional and edgy. I just buying it. It doesn’t covey the emotion or trigger those feelings like a white buffalo, colter wall, Ottis gibs or even a Jamey Johnson song does. I didn’t hate it I could just see right through it. But what do I know. Only listening to music for 40 years.
