Aspyn it's a spam email. I get those about Netflix all the time and they aren't really from netflix. I've also gotten emails like that claiming to be PayPal.

i got an email from "apple" saying that i was charged $30 for apps and in app purchases. There was a link at the bottom of the email that said if the amount looked incorrect to click it. I did, it sent me to a log in where i had to put in my name, birthdate, social, etc etc etc. a bunch of sketchy info that im not sure apple would need. i looked into it and it was a scam. this is super common .

Whenever you get an update "something email" always check the sender address and NEVER click the link in an email. If you do get one always go to the site yourself and login to your account that way. Most of the time if you receive an email like that it is a phishing type of email. Generally, a bank, credit cards or even online shopping do not send links for you to update the ligit ones will tell you to log into your account and change info on your preferences. Hope this helps.
