1. General provisions
1:1. There is no doubt that people capable of philosophical thinking throughout the history of mankind's existence on Earth have been asking questions about the meaning of their earthly lives, about the possibility of existence in an unembodied state and about the existence of God.
These thinkers created more or less adequate philosophical ideas, formed philosophical and esoteric circles, Schools, or even religious movements.
1:2. God, for His part, repeatedly gave incarnate people His Teaching through His Messengers (Messiahs, Avatars) and prophets. The information was given in a form adequate for specific groups of people, taking into account the levels of their philosophical and religious awareness, as well as in relation to specific conditions of being at that particular time (for example, in conditions of war or peace, the first steps of the formation of religious concepts, or against the background of their stable existence in a given region).
1:3. But in every such center of religious knowledge created by God, people have always distorted the Teachings they received over time. For example:
- all religious duties of people were reduced only to participation in supposedly “saving” rituals, and prayer movements and standard prayers became the main religious occupation of believers, replacing real efforts to improve themselves on the path of personal spiritual evolution,
- the so-called religious “fundamentalism” arose, in which religious life is considered not as gaining knowledge about God, about the meaning of our lives, not as mastering methods of spiritual improvement and helping others in this, but is reduced only to the rude, violent coercion of some people by others to observe certain “rules of conduct" that have no basis in In fact, there is no religious significance,
- false concepts of “national religions” and “national Gods” were formed - whereas in fact God is one not only for people of the whole Earth, but also for the whole universe; the result of such degeneration was often that the main essence of the ideology of the religious trend was hatred of “heretics” and “Gentiles”, resulting in in terror and aggressive wars. 1
1:4. For all reasonable people of our planet, the need to study, accept and introduce into the mentality of the peoples of all countries a religious concept based on modern scientific knowledge, summing up the historical religious experience accumulated by people, as well as on what God teaches us now, should be clear.

It is also appropriate to emphasize that the “continuity of continuity” (“paramparity”) of the existing religious trend in no way guarantees its truth. On the contrary, we everywhere see the appearance of distortion and perversion of the original Teachings already during the lifetime of their Founders, and even more so after their departure from earthly life.
2. What should be understood by the word “God”
2:1. First of all, we must accept that the universal space is multidimensional and real (and not only mathematically). Its dimensions (eons, loci2) are cognizable by the developed human consciousness. Such a development of consciousness is achieved by correctly set practical spiritual work, one of the components of which is a multi-stage meditative practice.
2:2. There are dimensions of hell and paradise, and “storehouses of building material” for the formation of matter and future souls, there is the Abode of the Creator. Some dimensions are filled with anti-energies; the interaction of the latter with material objects is a mechanism of dematerialization and other similar “miracles”.
2:3. Historically, even the word “God” turned out to have not one, but more meanings; and people get confused in them.
2:4. The main meaning of this word is the Creator, the Primordial Universal Consciousness existing in the primordial spatial dimension. This Consciousness is the most refined of all universal energy states - if Its position is considered on the scale of “subtlety-coarseness". (At the opposite end of this scale are the creatures of hell: the states in which they live are the most brutal - from the standpoint of assessing their stable emotional status).
2:5. The second meaning of the word “God” includes the Creator along with all His multidimensional Creation generated by Him, resting on Him as on a foundation, unable to exist without Him or in isolation from Him. In this sense, God is Absolutely Everything (the Absolute) - Everything except only hell with its inhabitants. (According to the definition of Jesus Christ, hell is an “outer darkness” - external to God the Absolute).
2:6. The concept of “God” also includes the Manifestation of the Creator in Creation, called the Holy Spirit (Brahman). The Holy Spirit manifests most often in the form of Divine Teachers emanating from the Abode of the Creator. (They can, in particular, condense their own energy of Consciousness up to a state that is felt, sometimes even quite visible to embodied people).
2:7. The manifestation of the Divine Teacher on Earth through His incarnation in a human body is called the Messiah, Christ, Avatar.
He, like the Holy Spirit, is an Integral Part of the Creator (Primordial Consciousness).
2:8. The statement that “God is exactly One" is true. The Divine Teachers in the Abode of the Creator are mutually integrated components of a Single Primordial Consciousness. The criterion of evaluation here is that Their Abode is precisely the original spatial dimension, called the Abode of the Creator; from it Each of Them proceeds into the world of Creation only as a part of Himself, remaining consubstantial with the Creator.
2:9. All specific individual manifestations within the world of Creation (objects, bodies, including ours, plus also all incarnate and non-incarnate souls, except infernal ones) - all of them should be perceived as cells of the infinite Universal Body of God in the aspect of the Absolute.
2:10. The essence of all processes taking place in the universe is the Evolution of the Universal Divine Consciousness.
2:11. The concept of “God” cannot include mythological (fairy-tale) and fictional characters of folk religious folklore (followers of such naive and essentially false ideas are called “pagans").
Attempts to represent God in the form of an invisible flying creature with the shape and size of a human body are also naive and false.
God should also not be described as “information”, “information field”, “total human mind” and in the form of similar superficial and incompetent definitions.
His knowledge has nothing to do with “communication with aliens”, “astral flights”, spiritualism, magical rituals and astrological fantasies.
The representation of God in the form of an evil monster punishing people for their sins is the clearest perversion that turns people away from the love of God and from advancing along the spiritual Path.
Similarly, the grossest perversion in religion is to put the image of the devil and other frightening factors in the center of attention. The cultivation of mystical fear - instead of creative Love - is the main cause of spiritual degradation and the development of mass psychopathology among adherents of such forms of pseudo-religion.
2:12. So, the concept of God includes:
- The Creator, also called God the Father, the Primordial Consciousness, Allah, Ishvara, Tao and other synonyms from other languages and religious trends,
- The absolute,
- non-incarnate (There are a lot of them) and incarnate Divine Teachers coming from the Abode of the Creator.
This is the essence of the true monotheistic understanding of the essence of God.
2:13. The Creator, from His Abode, creates “islands” of matter in different parts of the infinite space of the universe; then, when the need for one of them or a whole group of them disappears, He dematerializes them.
The point of all this is to create conditions for the incarnation of all new souls on material substrates, where the latter receive an opportunity for development.
2:14. The incarnation of matter in the world is necessary for the development of souls, since it is in physical bodies that energy is formed, which goes to the growth of “clumps" of individual consciousnesses. The source material for obtaining such energy is, first of all, material food - the very food that we eat.
At the same time, not every material food ensures the supply of the most favorable energies to the body for the proper growth of the soul: a “slaughter-free” diet has favorable properties, i.e. without meat, fish and other products made from the bodies of slaughtered animals.3
“Slaughter” nutrition, which does not correspond to high ethical standards, leads, among other things, to the settling of the souls of dead animals into the bodies of those people who killed them or ate their flesh. Such addictions (called “obsessions”) cause a variety of mental and somatic disorders and diseases, including cancer.4
Natural food for humans is a variety of edible plants, pet milk and products made from it, as well as bird eggs.
2:15. The evolution of each individual soul begins with the formation of its rudiment on a mineral basis, followed by numerous incarnations into the bodies of small, then larger plants, then into animal bodies of increasing size and species complexity, then into human bodies.
Each of us humans once “were” different plants and animals. And now, in the bodies of plants and animals, we must feel other growing souls. We must learn to respect their lives and avoid harming them unnecessarily in every possible way. The “slaughter-free” lifestyle in relation to people and animals, as well as the rejection of unnecessary (unnecessary) harm to plants - this should be the norm of every religious person's life.5
2:16. God in the aspect of the Creator - and this is the Truth that is really perceived by the developed human consciousness - is a Universal in size, Eternal Macroorganism, Which can be described as an Ocean of Blissful and Most Delicate Subtlest Living Light-Consciousness.
A person must strive to know Him, must learn to love Him, must become in love with Him - and this will become a prerequisite for comprehending His Essence and merging with Him. The individual soul, as a result of its personal evolution, must merge into the Universal Soul of the Creator.6

The factors leading to such disorders may be exposure to “hard” rays, inherited genetic disorders, chemical carcinogens, possibly viral exposures, but also “obsessions”. 3. What is a person?
3:1. Man is not a body. A person is a bundle of consciousness energy (soul) capable of self-awareness, memorization, thinking, movement, qualitative and quantitative development, as well as degradation.
Incarnation into a physical body consists in the bonding of the soul by God with the body preparing for birth.
Death means their complete separation.
3:2. People are incarnated by God into physical bodies in order to go through the next stages of their personal evolution. At the same time, everyone has considerable freedom of will, i.e., both the right to choose the strategic direction of their evolutionary progress (to the Abode of the Creator - or to hell), and in solving current tasks and problems.
God - usually in the aspect of the Holy Spirit - constantly makes suggestions to everyone: how to become a better person. This is exactly the manifestation of His Love-Caring for everyone.
“Abrupt” “coercive” interventions of God in the fulfillment of people's desires are a rare phenomenon.
So God, as the Supreme Shepherd- “shepherds” we are on the surface of the planet Earth - as in Our “pasture". He is interested in us developing in the direction He needs: we must become Perfect Souls and merge into Him in His Abode, enriching Him with ourselves.
And if someone does not live his earthly life the way He pleases, He hurts that person through illness or other troubles. As a result, someone thinks about it and corrects himself. But others only become embittered and, unfortunately, degrade at an even greater rate.
Thus, as a result of people's realization of free will, “natural selection” is carried out among the souls embodied by God. He then takes the best to His Abode, the good ones go to heaven for a while, then incarnate again; the abode of the worst is hell, from where some are still given the opportunity to incarnate again, try again; the worst, hopeless in the eyes of God, are destroyed, destroyed forever (hence the idea of “fiery hell" and “the fire of Hell devouring sinners”).
3:3. A person must realize himself as not a body or mind, but an embodied soul: only from this position is it possible to correctly understand how to live on Earth.
The typical literary phrase “my soul”, “his (her) soul”, “our (their) souls" is incorrect. Let's understand, everyone, that I am the soul.
3:4. People of all nationalities and races, as well as both sexes, are equal before God and among themselves; other differences are significant: according to the age of souls and the degree of development of certain positive and negative qualities in them.
The basic principles of spiritual advancement are also equal for all people, regardless of gender, nationality and other similar properties; but the methods of spiritual work differ depending on: a) the age in this incarnation, b) the psychogenetic age (age of the soul), c) the ethical and intellectual levels of development at a given time, d) depends on which part of the spiritual Path has already been passed.
3:5. The long-term task of every human being is to know God in all His aspects and manifestations and, having reached spiritual Perfection, to join the Abode of the Creator and continue - from there - to participate in the Universal Evolutionary Process, helping, in particular, incarnate beings.
But you need to start with intellectual development and ethical transformation of yourself.
4. Fundamentals of the methodology of spiritual improvement
4:1. The perfection of the Creator consists of three main qualities: Love, Wisdom and Strength. Therefore, each person in his personal evolution must improve according to these three parameters.
4:2. Let each person begin by making the following his main ethical principles:
“Don't do to another what you don't want to yourself!” and
“Help everyone in all good things!"
Then it will be right to begin mastering the functions of your spiritual heart, an organ of the multidimensional human body that produces emotions of love.
4:3. The spiritual heart is a bioenergetic structure originally located in the chest. The first stage of its development can be considered taken when it fills the entire chest, and a person is able to persistently stay with the concentration of consciousness in it, perceive the world around them directly and act “from it”, including speaking “from it”.
When a person has mastered this, he can no longer enter into other emotional states, except for variants of emotions of heartfelt love, as long as he remains in the concentration of consciousness in the spiritual heart.
This radically changes the nature of his relationship with the environment, including other people, and dramatically improves his health.
The one who has strengthened himself in this state, is used to living in it and will live like this until the end of his earthly incarnation - he is guaranteed to find himself in paradise among the same heavenly souls.7
The methods of implementing this have been developed in detail by us, described in a number of our books [3,4,6] and illustrated in a filmed video.
4:4. In order to succeed in spiritual development, a person must transform himself into a large soul consisting mainly of a spiritual heart.
He must learn to live in such a way that he almost does not leave the emotions of Love: tender freshness, tactful care, willingness to sincerely and selflessly help everyone in all good, in reverence for all worthy, in gratitude to all those who help, in forgiveness to all offenders, in readiness for self-forgetfulness and self-sacrifice for the good of others. And even when fighting for the good of others, he should not leave the state of Love.
Let everyone fight to eradicate from themselves all manifestations of arrogance, greed, greed, violence, emotions of anger in all its manifestations, including emotions of condemnation, vindictiveness, envy, jealousy. The listed emotional states should be understood as opposing Love.
You can learn how to fully manage your emotional sphere through intellectual work to combat your vices and cultivate the missing positive qualities in yourself; it is desirable that this be accompanied by the development of techniques of mental self-regulation based on working with the emotionogenic structures of your body (the technique is described in [3-4,6, 9]).
4:5. “God is Love" - this formulation was proposed to us by Jesus Christ. He was Love Himself. And he bequeathed us to become her.
We can approach the Creator, Who is Love, only by becoming Love too. There are no other ways.
And this is not a slogan consisting of beautiful words, but impracticable in practice, but a system of knowledge and methods that has been verified and worked out for decades on a variety of spiritual seekers.
4:6. It is very important for spiritual advancement to develop intelligence. Children should try to be given as complete an education as possible. Adults should also always try to learn as much new things as possible, mainly what is of particular value on the spiritual Path.
4:7. It makes sense to devote your career not to making money and accumulating material wealth, but to first learn as much as possible, and then, using the accumulated knowledge, serve God with them through serving people.
4:8. It is doing good through all possible assistance to evolving souls - let this be the main incentive in the social life of every person.
Let such an activity become a sincere gift. Then others - the best ones - will begin to respond with gifts in return. This is how groups of real, reliable friends are formed, united by common spiritual goals.
4:9. The birth and proper upbringing of children is also a service to God.
4:10. Special educational techniques can be successfully used in educational work with children, preparing them for serious spiritual work in adulthood. (The basics of the methodology of such work and specific examples of techniques are described in our collection [9]).
4:11. Children should be involved in creative work at an age-appropriate level. Let them help their parents in their work, let them be hired for a variety of paid jobs in their free time, let the training of various work skills be included in the pedagogical programs of educational institutions. Through this, children should learn to create and appreciate all the good things created by the hands and minds of other people.
Otherwise, many children, growing up, become destroyers.
4:12. Marriage and parenting are also a way to improve oneself in many ways, including, above all, the development of such aspects of love as tenderness, caring, and altruism.
It also significantly enriches the intellectual sphere, in particular, it gives a lot of lessons in psychology.
God is the “Chief Psychologist.” We also have to master psychology.
4:13. The opinion that a person's task is only to “pray”, nothing else is needed, is deeply erroneous and harmful. We must understand that God does not need our prayers at all, the essence of which is begging.
