Whatever Talon does, Qiyana does better, it will never be worth baning Talon over Qiyana or Zed unless Talon gets giga buffed (specially if it's in the jungle role)

That's the whole point of the champion... he is balanced around high burst and mobility, because his job is to oneshot a key target. He can almost oneshot one squishy, whereas Nemesis can continously oneshot people with no cooldown, it's different champs.
