I have had many bumps, but when you have a plan - stick to it! When you do not feel good and do not want to go for a training session - don't do it, it is counterproductive. Jonathan is my coach as well, so, listen you body, please!!! Stay positive, we have abused our bodies for so long, so it needs time to recover! Keep doing, be consistent to the plan, please!!!!! Your journey has begun!

I can switch up the meats for equal weights of a couple other approved meats. Check out the live stream from yesterday, and you can see the training doc he sent me and it includes the swap. Today I'm having salmon and chicken for dinner. :)
