It really IS incredible😍And you were right what you said in this video; it is indeed 1 of the most beautiful homes (not just in the UK but in the world)🏡😍
It really is all over the place! Outside of the supposed theater, the formal dining room is the darkest one in the house with one of the lowest ceilings. I do love the wood, but unfortunately the theme of the great room is not carried over to the rest of the house. 20ft bedroom doors are simply dumb and the master is simply a number of different rooms separated by a hall and a double door off what seems to be the main room. Lots of wasted space throughout the house to heat and cool. The theater is impractical as you are probably going to spend most of your time in the dark, so whats the point! Also for the room size and distance from the seating, the screen is more like a big TV, as "theater" is a often misused term in the industry. And what's with the wrought iron black railings that a guest could easily impale themselves on. The wine cellar is a sad little cut off room, I guess so you can drink alone and I have yet to see one that actually is filled to capacity nor why you would need so many bottles in the first place! Now the elevator is a nice touch but also lacking in size at the same time. The landscaping is quite plain compared to others in this price range. While I understand the need to sell the area, since the location is very important, it also screams, by mentioning it, that the house cannot stand on its own for the price! Given the very eclectic nature of the home and the price, I imagine it would be like trying to sell a used yacht! Unless you find that rare person, you have to find someone who can afford to redo the house in their own taste on top of the asking price!
Probably a reflection on the fact that it will have a 2m a year running cost (security team, team of cleaners, chef, maid, maintenance, gardeners). It is amazing though and I would buy it today if I had the money.
when I started to watch this wasn't sure what to expect. But afterwards, it really is mindblowing. Attention to detail and use of traditional craftmanship works really well in a modern setting with all those new tech features. Lovely to see something so different.
What a spectacular house!! Best one yet, the workmanship is incredible - hard to believe its a modern build, great to see there are still craftsmen that can do all that wonderful work and the skills of the past haven't been lost.
The stairs and the garden are the highlight for me. But so many patterns and different colors in each room that makes you crazy. Just restless the whole thing. So you need this quiet garden to calm down and relax. 😅
Such an amazing property! Rare that a home can make you weak in the knees, but this one certainly does, and the fact that it is so close to London is unique. Most new homes like this are found in other parts of the world. I love that with all its grandeur it still remains cozy and relaxing.
My brain just broke. This house is insane. I don't think I would ever want it even if I had infinite amounts of money, but it's still spectacular. Those new 115" TVs would actually fit in multiple places in this house.
One of the best houses I have ever seen... combines design, quality materials, first-class craftsmanship, beautiful natural surroundings.... It is an icon of the material and spiritual quality of life.....
Amazing property, but I wonder how much effort it takes to keep it all clean? And I dread to think how much it must cost to keep in warm and cozy in the middle of winter.
Was wondering the same. I reckon you would have to emply a housekeeper and groundsman to manage all the regular cleaning and maintenance required to keep it in the condition it was during the viewing. Perhaps a cleaning company, too.
@@allensaunders449 Yes, but thing is, I am a very private person and the thought of people around me just cleaning is off-putting. Think I'll keep my wee home with one bathroom.

One of the most decorated house I have ever seen. The house is quite incredible. The craftsmanship and the high ceilings is what makes this house standout from the rest. The garden too is beautiful ❤. Thanks for such a wonderful video.
Very lovely home, something about it isn't quite right for me though - I think its the atempt to replicate medival/tudor styling whilst being very modern - trying to be something it's not. Still done very very well and the Radlett seems to be an amazing village too.
One of the few properties in this or other channels that seems to worth the money they ask for it. Even not having a swimming pool (but I think I saw a jacuzzi).
As a person with a pool, it seems cool until you realize that no one uses it. The maintenance is a headache, and unless you’re an avid swimmer it really makes no sense to have one when it doesn’t dramatically increase the home’s market rate.
Where Do they find the People that can build these masterpieces in the UK, I see Houses that cost a lot of money to be Built so shoddy if you pay the money asked the work should be the best you can Do whether this price or less, The majority of house builders in the UK should not be in their jobs, the builders I have seen do not take pride in their work these people are in a different league with this build

Beautiful, stunning property throughout. Love the craftsmanship and that staircase, just wow. Impressive/perfect cinema room. Like that it has a lift and amazed it was built so recently, wouldn't have been surprised if it had been built in the 1800's. Expensive of course but probably well worth the money but for £15m would have expected a massive garage and indoor swimming pool.
Well for me I think this is my fave so far and I've seen them all on this channel, so that's saying a lot. I know it wont be to everyone's taste but its mine apart from the bear. But the gardens don't let the house down like some, just stunning. Why would you not live here and commute to London instead of buying a crampet flat, beyond me. Just need to win the lotto now, I've packed ready :)

Greetings Damion. Thank you for taking the time to make such an informative video. Your enthusiasm is infectious and knowing that you are the agent representing the sellers of this property makes me want to put forth the effort to network with my American luxury agent counterparts in Texas to see if I can connect the appropriate buyer for this stunningly designed, built and appointed property. I wish you all the best in helping your clients find an enthusiastic buyer for this one-of-a-king property. I will likely be reaching out to you to arrange a viewing when I am in London next. Fantastic property. My only concern is that the formal dining room looks too small. Both the walls and the ceiling look like they are crowding the table. It really needs either a smaller table and no of diners or it needs to be bigger.
The BEAR needs to go but other than that it’s my favourite property ever shown. Maybe Prince Harry & Meghan could purchase it! The charity events they could host there would be incredible!
