Generally with Toyota, when you open/ unlock the car door the Starter/Car will turn off. Most starters time out at 10 to 15 minutes so car don't Idle all day. Ideally Remote Starters are a waste of money. Hot days. open the vehicle doors and let A/C run for 5 minutes, then get in and Go!

I tried this on a 2013 Rav4 all 3 lights kept flashing. Seller said unit was flashed correctly. In you video you were even surprised it worked. DIY vids should add if it’s not preprogrammed you will need to have it flashed.
