how do you make the water not stink? ours is getting a kind of soilish kind of mildewish smell. I would describe as pond waterish

Does this eventually mildew the wall?
Stacey McNutt If theres no ventilation at the back...only through condensation. If it uses soil or not flow of water then mould will grow.

Can't be cheap...that's a few hundred before you get to the plants,pumps and lighting. You arent growing that on a door window.
