Sounds like the build. Her skill and burst should be level 9. Her healing scales off her attack so I’d say energy recharge sands, attack goblet, healing bonus circlet. Crit rate sub stats for the Favonius passive. Normal attacking with Qiqi only to swap Fischl in to collect the particles and cast Oz

Do you have 4pc Ocean Hued Clam and Favonius Sword? If you start with Oz, switch into Qiqi and switch to Fischl any time you see the Favonius particles you should be good
My Qiqi and Diluc already lv. 90. Diluc is fine but I can't pass Qiqi even though I built her for so many year😢 maybe my crit artifact isn't good er might be better
Someone else was struggling with Qiqi’s too 😭 The tactic is to keep as much uptime on Fischl's Oz as possible so give Qiqi Favionus Sword, start the rotation with Fischl’s skill, switch to Qiqi for her normal attacks and healing, switch to Fischl when you see the energy orbs from Favonius Sword, and use Fischl’s burst the second it’s available, 4pc Clam on Qiqi if possible, good luck 🙏
