The most loving thing is to share your bed is absolutely true, because in large poor families you have 3 to as many as 6 in one bed. There were 2 cases, a civil and a criminal case. 90s California law allowed a civil case to come before a criminal case which was unfair, so Jackson paid the civil case to bring forward the criminal case. The civil case was also disrupting the tour he was in the middle of, and settling would also be less expensive, so his insurance company persuaded him to just get rid of the civil case. This had no effect on the Chandler family getting justice, they could still testify in the criminal case to put him in jail, but instead they accepted the money from the civil case and ran, because that's all they were after. Jackson passed that criminal case when 2 grand juries refused to indict him, that's how innocent he was, they couldn't even indict him. Please get your facts straight. Oh and this whole "kids that were abused by him still love him" narrative is so twisted. This isn't how abuse works. Ask any real victim of abuse, there is no love there. But even then, that's a false number, the correct number was 15 million (25 million in 2019). And secondly this wasn't a "pay out" or "hush money" like you're insinuating, this was a settlement for a civil case. There were 2 cases, a civil and a criminal case. 90s California law allowed a civil case to come before a criminal case which was unfair, so Jackson paid the civil case to bring forward the criminal case. The civil case was also disrupting the tour he was in the middle of, and settling would also be less expensive, so his insurance company persuaded him to just get rid of the civil case. This had no effect on the Chandler family getting justice, they could still testify in the criminal case to put him in jail, but instead they accepted the money from the civil case and ran, because that's all they were after. Jackson passed that criminal case when 2 grand juries refused to indict him, that's how innocent he was, they couldn't even indict him. Please get your facts straight.
Oh and this whole "kids that were abused by him still love him" narrative is so twisted. This isn't how abuse works. Ask any real victim of abuse, there is no love there. After watching this my opinion completely changed, at first I believed that he had abused the children because when I thought about the way a grown man “loved kids” it’s what my mind went straight to, however, after watching this I can see the sadness the allegations had brought to him and I now believe he was innocent. He seems so open about it that he can’t be hiding anything in my opinion
