Just part the sets out, thats what I did, I spent $40 parting out the new destiny's bounty, I even got zanth and then $20 parting out Jiro, when you realise that you already have most of the pieces in your collection, it becomes way easier.
Can you pose the dragon like you can see in the trailer?
Cant decide btw this or the new marvel milano ship XD... they both look so good.

not really personally, I had break it once, but that was very much me testing the limits

A lot of them.
Seriously though, it has 1675 pieces. Just google the piece count on Bricklink next time.

Can it stand on its hind legs?
it can't stand on only the hind legs in my experience. I did manage to balance it on three feet in some poses
Why is the source dragon of motion just a giant fire dragon
Because motion = friction = friction can create heat. Therefor fire. One of the elements that came frorm this dragon is fire.
the motion dragon claims the fire element which is one of the main ones
I headcanon that each original ninja ties to a different source Dragon. Like Kai to this one. Cole to force. I'd need to check what the others are
