      Same here!! So appreciative if for style. I'm learning so much. In think I've watched every video two or three times. Never get old. I don't have any mechanical or industrial training but you've helped my 12 year old daughter and me through several projects at home. Our garages look so bomb. Doing my dad's giant shop next! Get to do a big grinder on that one! So excited.

    Concert is a beautiful material that doesn’t get much love in the house. That is just what I wanted to do with my living and dining room floor but couldn’t find anyone to do it and Everyone thought it was a silly idea. That’s for the video that I can show all those “nay sayers”

    Nice man, I’m really liking your channel. That trailer is nice! I’m in the same industry just 1 step ahead of you. At the beginning of this year I invested in a ride on floor scraper. So we’re the guys that go in ahead of you to get the bulk of it up so you can grind and what not. It’s cool because we never really get to see finished product. (I came from floor Installation but my knees started giving out) How long have you been in business? I run a 12ft TA trailer for now since I only have the one piece of equipment. It often ends up looking like yours at the end of a long busy 3 month run lol

    Is it necessary to acid etch the concrete and wash with detergent on a dirty concrete floor? Or just diamond scratch and vaccum will work

    • @ConcreteFloorSolutions
      @ConcreteFloorSolutions  2 года назад

      Diamond grind to create a scratch and vacuum. That is it. The primer that we use will penetrate into the concrete.concretefloorsolutions.com/product/500-sq-ft-solid-color-epoxy-floor-kit/

    Hey Jason, great video. Thank you for making such informative content. As someone who started my own concrete coating company just 2 years ago, I very much appreciate your videos and have learned a ton through them.
    I just wanted to give you a heads up in case you weren't aware but the "Visit our online epoxy store" and "shop now" links on your website home page don't seem to be working. Ive tried on both my phone and computer because I was looking to purpose some of your polyurea crack filler but your website looks to be having issues. Just thought id give you a heads up if you didn't know.

    • @ConcreteFloorSolutions

      yes, typically you need softer concrete to open them back up. sand works with some water normally too.

    • @ConcreteFloorSolutions
      @ConcreteFloorSolutions  Год назад

      We used to use the Mohs test, but I found it extremely unreliable. It got to the point where I could just tell by looking at it for the most part.
      It is very important to have every set of diamonds available, that way no matter what you run into you are prepared for it.

    Do you guys do other types of epoxy l supervised building food processing factories for 25 years some floors we used 10 to 12mm thick sand/epoxy mix steel trowelled we called it shoreshield ( heavy duty epoxy floors)also we used highbuild epoxy approximately 5 to 6 mm thick mainly used on clean rooms used air removing rollers to prevent fisheye appearing in the epoxy etc also used flake system on laboratory's floors but sanded after the flake had dried and applied 3 coat's of polyurethane we tend to used roll on epoxy in maintenance areas were we need to keep the floors cleaned

    • @ConcreteFloorSolutions

      It does not create cracking, concrete has a mind of its own, if it's going to move it will crack. That is a risk everyone takes with concrete

      @@ConcreteFloorSolutions I think his question was when you fill in the control joints will that Force the concrete to crack in other places instead of the control joints would you be creating or forcing it to crack in other places I believe the answer would be no those control cracks are still there that epoxy is not going to stop them control joints from taking on the load of a crack they are still expanding and contracting even though they're filled
