Ruined? Its always been ruined. War loggers, huge companies owning several territories under different factions, the people who play the server have no input or control of the towns we craft in. Its complete trash. I ran a 100 man guild in the first year. I legit see people paying real money for war loggers who don't even play on the server. 6500 hours, no war joy ever the whole game
War loggers and huge companies has always been a problem. People paying IRL money for gear and players too is also extremely embarrassing imo. AGS could easily split the territories into multiple PvP zones for wars, allowing companies to own bits and pieces of the map, but they’re too dumb for that…
imagine fcking up a game for 3 years and barely fixing anything while collecting a paycheck.. then 3 years later you re-release the game on other platforms with the same bugs.. kinda feel bad for sony and xbox players getting a broken game and goodjob AGS on scamming 2 more gaming communities.
It's the front respawns I was told, it lost us a war with 20 seconds to go because we had half the team in loading screen. They said, respawn at the back spawns.. either way, shouldn't be a thing
I don’t think it matters where you spawn at that point. I think you’re just fucked either way haha. But yeah, huge issue and based on the average AGS time frame, this probably won’t be fixed for 6 months.
@@MightyClips123 I will say that I noticed the back spawns helping as well. I assume it's because there are more players and effects near the front spawns.
they killed the wargame but they revived the open world pvp. cant have it all. war is boring anyway. always the same few big comps doing the same boring ass strats...
War is one of the most fun aspects of the game, but boring due to lack of changes or any meaningful updates. I do like open world PvP, especially on PvP island.
No because it hasn’t done that before. Pre-patch, spawning inside the fort was flawless. Now, it’s a coin toss whether or not the respawns inside fort bug out…
nameplates are the way they are cuz they needed to get the game running for console..... ofc keeping it for pc/ps5 pro would have been proove they have braincells left but seeing that yearold bugs are back in the game is proof enough they dont really know what theyre doin
They also removed the ability to modify how many nameplates you can have on the screen at a given time using the in-game settings. Not sure why that was removed…
In real war have no multiple life , what about not die ? Play carefully. What about that? As a attacker we got the same re spam time too . So I think in your war same happened.
Fresh Start has been a ton of fun, and there certainly are performance improvements. It’s a shame that there are bugs. If this game had no bugs, it would be 100x better.
do you know for a fact this is only happening to defense? cuz if attackers are also experiencing this, then doesnt it just cancel each other out? im not saying long loading screens are good, but if both sides are experiencing the same bug, then the fairness of the war hasnt changed
@@MightyClips123 thats not true, it happens to attackers too, it did happen to me as attacker. if its a bug, for sure it sucks and it shouldnt be, but still.. its not like defenders are exclusively screwed by it
Hmmmmm… That is weird. From many VODs and POVs I’ve watched on each side, the defenders always have the longer respawn bug than the attackers, but maybe a few attackers could have the bug too? Idk
Wars hasnt been meaningfully updated since the slots updates 2 years ago.

I feel like New World is on life support while the majority of the experienced devs work on the Lord of the Rings MMO. Truly sad…
Once the honeymoon phase of this “re-release” wears off, those players will be just as mad as the pc players AGS abandoned .
AGS really flipped off the PC players hyping up their huge June “announcement” which was basically console support. I’ll never forgive them for that.

Are they maybe putting a aoe on the respawn and its not spawning you cause it doesn't and to put you in damage immediately?

As a attacker we got the same re spam time too . So I think in your war same happened.
You can time your death with the respawn caller. So if I die and the respawn is in a second or two, I’m back in the fort no problem.
This game is fucking awesome. There are few bugs, but not that much.

Attackers don’t experience the same issue, hence why defending is worse.
