It depends on the person, some have naturally higher metabolism so they go more often. As long as the poop is the right consistency and color it should be ok.

3 times a day is healthy as long as your poop looks healthy. Its better to get poop out than stuck inside you. Eliminating waste is great

Yes, mine was half empty as well, but I weighted it and it was over 10oz including the jar. So the 8oz is a volume measurement and it's the correct amount we got.

yes. they should probably create a different packaging so it's not "deceiving"

@@LaVeeVee4u the jar is filled to almost the top when packaged. As it's moved around, settling occurs. But I agree, they could likely use a metal foil zip lock type bag and have less waste, and a fuller product/package.
