    Thanks for the video, but what is the best time for eating protein? After workouts for example.

    Great question! I personally add these protein sources to my daily protein intake; however, some believe that you should only count the combinations that "create" a complete protein. This is where the evaluation of your entire diet has to come into play. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Interesting video sir! But do I count the uncomplete protein sources like (beans, peanuts, hulled germ, oatmeal) in my daily protein intake or I should count only the lean proteins?

    Not sure about your question - too much protein? When you get a quick moment, please clarify and I will be happy to get back to you.

    Nice video, my question is if u feel like your body is already in a catabolic state and has been for a while now (mostly from not getting enough carbs) how long does it take to get back to an anabolic state? I eat plenty of protein but didn't realize how important fat and carbs were so now I am going to try a carb cycle. Just wondering if the 3 day high carb would pull me out of the catabolic state... thank you

      Ryan-great question! You can turn this around immediately by changing your nutrition. It takes 6 months to completely replace the bone, blood and muscle within the body. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or need clarification.

    I am eating over my maintenance calories and training 5 times a week and not gaining muscle or fat? Any ideas?

    • @CoachRobbBeams
      @CoachRobbBeams  9 лет назад +1

      Josh-thanks for watching and leaving your comment! If you are not gaining muscle it sounds like you are loading your muscles up enough and then when you are, you are not consuming enough protein to re-build the torn down muscle tissue and get bigger. Please bump up both and let me know the results. -Coach Robb

    for me its bs, i fast way more than I eat, when I do eat its a small meal, I'm 5 feet 10 inches weigh 102 kgs, been doing this for years, my weight training is heavy. I've grown more fasting than eating.

      Thank you for watching and commenting! Your pattern is going to eventually lead to deficiencies and disease. You can't continue to burn more than you consume, the body runs out of ways to adapt and overcome.
