I think cutting the pages as you go and using an x-acto knife to carefully remove the forms out of the paper on a cutting mat. This way you don't risk damaging your work. I think if you brush Modpodge on it when assembled (just lightly brush it on) would also make the paper craft more sturdy when completed.

Great craft kit. Tacky glue should work better or double sided tape. Yes do another one using a different adhesive.
