XPSLR - XP Land Speed Record Rules

This is a contest to see who can install Windows XP Pro SP3 the fastest.
Here are the rules:
1.Start timer at the click of the VM start.
2.No scripts. All mouse and keyboard actions must be done by hand. (Synergy between man and machine)
3.End timer at the click when the Windows Start Menu responds.
Screen capture your run so that you can prove it!
