I like your maintainance videos in general. Could you also do another on how to set up the suspension of the Commander Mini correctly.

      Thanks!
Well most important is to set the 2 suspensions exactly the same as the other because rebound and compression are together in 1 shock!

Good video. So there's newer tech in bearings, using a hard graphite lube instead of grease. It's called MicroPoly, been using it on my winter wheel (S22) and so far so good.
Other industries use them for continuous use machines where they clean with harsh chemicals every day, and only change these bearings once every 5 years.
Anyways, the way you guys ride would be the true test of these bearings.

Thanks for the great advice and the next bearings i will order those because it’s a lot of work to replace them!

@@MisterBanaszak indeed. I had to order from the local bearing shop. They order the correct size, receive and verify they are correct, then ship them out to be treated (filled) with the MicroPoly.

Really informative video. The 6012 rs bearings, are they from skf? I See alot of this bearings, stainless steel bearings 29€/bearing or industrial grade 11€/bearing. Sure i should take the stainless steel! Ir better from skf? I don't know. Hope you can help a little bit. Thanx bye

Hi, do you possibly remember the dimensions of the suspension bushings and motor bolts? I wore mine off and can't find the measurements on the internet.
    Thanks :)

Hi, I've just disassembled my mini, and the bearing stayed on the axle instead of sticking to the cover. Should I remove it from the axle, and do it the way you showed in your vid, or let it be there? I've tried reassembling it as is and the wheel feels like it spins less smooth than it used to. I have a bearing remover tool avalible, so I'm just asking in case there is something against doing it that way. Will it be hard to get onto the axle later?
Also how did you take out the seal and put it back into the cover?
Help would be much appriciated :)

Hi it’s best to replace the bearings and u will need to remove it from the axle and the seal you can just pop it out with something that have same diameter…
The bearings will get on the axle when u close the casings but make sure to rubber hammer it down and then tighten the screws more and more with this same process so it is really tight and your bearing will be on the axle!
Goodluck and keep me updated if it works out for you?

@@MisterBanaszak The thing is I'm just recording a teardown of the wheel, not trying to replace anything. We've decided to just heat up the cover more than we did prior and see if it settles in better. I think the friction was becuase of too large of an amount of grese I've applied. Will keep you updated!
