I explain flexion and extension of vertebral column. I also demonstrate both flexion and extension in standing, sitting, kneeling and while lying down. Includes tips on how to reduce the effects of flexion.

The flexion and extension vertebral column has given me some very important pointers. I have always felt uncomfortable laying on my stomach, but, will try it with a pillow and also do stretches first thing in the morning. Thank you so much Margaret.

Have learnt soo much after watching your videos and purchasing your exercise for better bones book a couple of weeks ago! I realised how many things I was doing incorrectly and I have now changed my techniques and I have less pain already, I’m very happy, thank you soo much Margaret 🙏

I am so happy I have found your channel! Such important information presented in logical and easy to understand way. Having been suffering from a costochondritis for several months I finally found a lot of information on how to get back to my healthy self.

Is this forwards flexion safe for seniors with Osteoporosis and a T12 fraction? Was 8 month ago. I also had a Kyphoplasty.

If I am understanding correctly, swimming could be a good exercise when healing from a Compression Fracture. I have one on my L2, did not know it for 4 months, though it was a bone bruise. Xray done and confirmed. I have been exercise almost like normal but one area was not healing. After MRI will see Specialist. I am looking at all of your vids now in order to educate myself. I am an Athlete if I don't move I am in trouble. So my very first feeling is that swimming would be a good way for me to "finally" allow that compressed fracture to not be so hot....And again early stages appointments being made with special docs now.

Would love to go into extension but my facets are hypertrophic and spinal stenosis plagues me. Trying to avoid surgery by flexion excercises.

Thank you. I hope that you are working with a Physical Therapist. Best of luck.
