Granblue Fantasy has a nice feature for some stages where, by fulfilling certain conditions, you can skip them on later runs. It takes the tedium out of some redundant content, and makes it so you still have to actually earn the skips because the conditions include things like clearing in a certain amount of turns and having no allies get knocked out. I don't think it would be too hard for any of the HoYo games to do something similar.

@@nemubenzene9138 Glancing over at the game while it's on auto to see a character waste their ult on the last mob in the first wave that had like 1 hp left anyway instead of saving it for the second wave will never not be infuriating
Just gotta build a team with lots of survivability for auto farming, sure it'll take longer but if your on auto your probably busy with something else anyways

Better than farming EM artifacts for straight up 3 months for my kuki and getting flat def,flat hp and useless def% goblets
It’s been basically a year since I touched that game.
As many stated, HI3 despite the ‘armor’ being gacha as it normally is, is still infinitely fking better then that suffix rolling trash that basically wastes more precious resources then even trying to get all the resources needed on Another Eden, from drops in another dungeons only, with no welfare monthly freebies or Taurus gem exchanges.
Just for a single char class change which usually consists of 3 treatise and 5 chant scripts for another style or 1 tone and 5 change scripts to upgrade a 4 star normal style to 5 star.
And don’t get me started about Extra styles and Alters.
And those are usually playing 1 in 1,000 or worst rolls, but is still more feasible then every ‘new piece’ acquired has to be grinder up again and can’t simply lock in each affix and reroll the remainder.
Even guardian tale’s option system lets you use option stones to lock affixes even if it costs more stones per reroll.
Either way all 3 games are garbage these days in thar own directions of tedious grinding in one way or another.

For HI3 the materials are the only issue you'll have. The stats will always be the same with the affixes serving as a small bonus.
Tho seriously it takes two months to get one piece of a set and then genshin and star rail u can survive even with trash artifacts/relics

As a player who plays both Genshin and HSR, its much worse in HSR due to there being no off piece plus most non gacha weapons don’t have crit stats to help ease the burden of farming for sub stats.
This is probably why HSR is more generous about giving fuel/resin than Genshin
It's also alot more painful due to 13 different sub stats and possibilities compared to genshin. So the chances to get garbage is HIGHER
Who cares about no off piece when you can't even guarantee the main stat in Genshin? 2 months of farming Neuvillette's artifacts, and don't have a hydro goblet or crit rate circlet for his set.
In HSR you can salvage trash relics and synthesize any relic piece you want for a specific main stat with Modeling Resin.
i spent 6 months trying to get a G3 stigmata so i can craft a G4 stig. then i realised i didnt have enough ether fuel.
and i still have to get the 2 others in the set. :(

What pain in HSR is that it cost more than in GI
So i read your description and apparently you're not the only one, there are multiple channels that's getting copyright strikes left and right and they are related to hoyoverse mostly related to genshin, not sure if this is hoyoverse themselves doing this or just some random group, glad this one is still up and running.

la verdad q farmear stigmatas es un dolor en el... recuerdo el tiempo q me tomo hacer ana shariac creo q estuve cerca de lvl 80 cuando termine el set de ana completo para buildear a sakura memento (en ese momento no sabia mucho) despues farmee otro ana y lo hice willows para bronya HoR...
despues un set de handel para mei HoT la primera vez lo dropee para eden con el gacha
tendria q farmear G4 sirin para AI-chan pero no se si le sirva... x ahora la uso con el set de natasha y beach mei (M)
mayormente apuesto x los stigmatas de gacha... el farmeo de stigmatas es muy exigente en hi3 pero bueno nada comparado con star rail... ahi podes gastar 2400 TBP q no te dropean nada q te sirva
y ya genshin te abre las mazmorras x dias especificos... deje genshin en lvl 35

Me when HI3rd starter manual gave me free TMB Peary and with less than 10 days left on it, I only managed to upgrade the B piece to Ana Shariac 😢

Honkai Impact 3rd definitely is a pain when it comes to farming Ether Fuel for Stigmata (I hope the devs fix this issue in one of the upcoming updates with Part 2 now here), *but at least we can choose to lock & keep certain Afixes/Substats as well as improve which one's we want with certain materials.*
That alone is *MILES* better than Genshin's RNG nightmare.

They said we could auto collect now from certain stages I believe, it's from leaks and 7.5 is probably in June so 🤷

me in genshin : get an artifact / weapon. they'll maxed out in a couple of months

I am playing all 3 games
And tbh, I prefer Genshin's Artifacts system the most. The advantage over HSR is having flexible off-piece.
While HI3rd is guaranteed, it takes too long time.
I find gacha my way out from it being more reliable and keep up the stigmata farming for like 1 missing piece.
As for HSR, despite being similar to a system like Genshin but it is actually worse than Genshin. The only good grace in HSR in terms of farming is auto-play.
Although HSR has Self-Remodel Resin, it only serves well for main stats, and you could end up with all trash sub-stats as well as they also are rare item to get.
meanwhile in blue archive you press a button and farming is done for today
Same in Honkai Impact, just quick clear and farm is done 💀
But the stigmatas...you either pull for them or farm them for one year.

I like seeing people complaining about the easy farm of those 3 games. It shows how they know nothing about what grinding is (I know th video isn't that serious). Truly a way to build a clear wall between generations of players.
While this isn't perfect, those games are kind of very comfy tier in terms of grind if you know how resources management and usage works.
Try playing some other older game that are still going on and you'll see what patience and pain is (cough cough, FGO)
Honkai Impact is an older game, from 2016💀
They changed the way grinding stigmatas work in 2022. Before that update, it took literal *years* to farm a single stigmata😔 (I was there).
Now, farming a set takes you a year if we have *all the necessary tickets* ...if not, enjoy a year and a half farming for just one piece out of three, just like before.🥰
@@nemubenzene9138 but Honkai is evolving. It's easy for resources hoarder and those lucky with Gacha. + Battlepass grants those cool stigma too. But yes full f2p is tough at the beginning.
FGO never evolved though. 40 AP (like 1/4 of your full stamina) and you're not even guaranteed to drop the lowest ascension/skill material in all your stamina. Sometimes it takes 300 of the lowest tier of skill material just to max all 3 skills lmao. And just to unlock the last level of skill which is even worse.
I'd take fuel grinding anyday haha.
I mean honkai have affix roll, and the RNG to get double max roll is just horrible, yes took only like 1-2h to get but the cost is just not gonna make u go bankrupt
Gosh I hate farming in hoyoverse games and why it take so long 😭 getting 1 stigma take like 2-3 months! Would rather spend crystals on a stigma then farming hell. HSR farming make me bored and bad rng so I quit

I pdefer genshins system. At least i can use an off piece for my stuff so i dont have to throw away good items down the road.
In HSR you have:
13 substats that it can get rolled into.
Costs 10 to salvags for 1 piece.
The main stat resin choice is RARE!
You have to farm 6 pieces.
Rng is worse.
I ran jing liu's ice domain.... even one point it was double drops... i got 10 runs worth of WIND PIECES ONLY! not even a single ice piece! The 10th run? An ice cloak... with def%.... the fact that i ran it 10 more times and during that got 2 more def% cloaks, a paw piece with terrible stats and thats it drove me up the fking wall... and its worse BECAUSE i cant use anything as an off piece... so these are absolutely wasted runs and resin..
Atleast you can use your friend's strong character to farm and save less time and no time limit unlike genshin
But it's worse because the drop rates are worse and there's 13 sub stats, making it a higher chance to roll garbage
at least you can get by since you can choose the main stat after throwing away the garbage ones
unlike genshin where you start with no damage and still have no damage without getting lucky
Sorry to burst anyone's bubble but farming alternative stigma on HI3 like FCKING ONE G3 SET will literally take more than a year if you don't have time swirl passes. 😭😭

Back in my day i only need to dodge a lightning bolt 1000 times to get a legendary weapons, BUT AT IT'S ALWAYS GOOD, now you get 300% artifact drops and it's all trash.

Hot take but i like Star Rail most for artifact farming for 2 reasons
1: auto battle for when im doing other shit
2: they added a recycle system so i can just go and pick the artifact i want and even pick my main stat if i got resin
Honestly the main reason for me to grind artifacts in HSR isn't to get the one i want but rather to get mats for the ones i have XD
But it doesn't fix the issue that it costs 10 pieces to make 100 salvage, the main stat choice resin is RARE and there's 13 substats which makes it easier to roll garbage..
@@nobody-xh6ii still better then having NO salvage and NOT be able to pick your main stat. never again do i wanna experience the hell of RNG grinding, spending weeks to over a month (worst was over 2 months) just to get the main stat i need for the artifact set in Genshin and god forbid you wanna try and roll sub stats ontop of that BS
nah i'll happily enjoy being able to say "fuck you" and spend a resin when RNG wants to screw with me, and when the day comes that i decide to start grinding sub stats any relic that ain't up to par is just gonna be used as fuel to get more
