Im having issues with mine where the power button barely works when turning on/off, are you able to wake yours with just one tap? I have to open the oven door because it seems like the sensor on the power button is defective on mine
I would say that the power button since it is on a touch screen needs a prolonged touch to turn on the oven. So try holding your finger on it just a second or two longer to activate it. Not sure if Samsung did that by design for a specific reason like when you clean that area it doesn't turn on by accident. The open door touch button however seems very responsive. Hope this helps.
