Hi Anna, thanks for sharing your video, I have 2 questions to ask: on your coffee machine, does the screen has it's backlight that turns on and off randomly after being shut down? also, under preparation unit / grinder does it leaks water and coffee? just got the same model of yours and im having these issues, please let me know, best regards!

@@ByAnnaM Hi Anna, thank you very much for your response. so far I contacted Philips and they claimed it's normal to have some liquid residue under the preparation unit, it doesn't bother me personally as it only gets a few drops. for the screen, probably it bothers you too and i was able to fix this by cleaning the panel with a soft tissue and disable the lights and the wifi, it's been already more than a day and the screen does not flashes anymore. hope this helps, thank you
