Late to the party so sorry guys! I'm interested in the breathwork, is that similar to mindfulness? I watch a lot of asmr stuff just to chill at night 🌙 before bedtime and always open to new ideas. Driving an hgv is a tad stressful lol anything that helps!! Yet another beautiful episode! Silent disco looked wicked! Those brownies 😯 vanlife sure is appealing
🎧Silent disco was the best..."everyone on red, inside the tent now" & then it went off🎹! Considering that was the first time they'd put that show on it was seriously impressive. Really friendly family-centric vibe, relaxed & exceedingly helpful staff, lovely chilled security, great venue with top facilities...the only thing I would possibly add would be a stage inside a big tent to accommodate all the dancers put off by the rain...it's the start of May after all so we have to expect a few drops of the wet stuff might fall...didn't put off the hardcore though! No trouble, no litter, great fun...if you were thinking of going but didn't because of the weather, just pack extra clothes, a couple of coats & your wellies & book for next year's show; it won't disappoint I'm sure. Thanks Andy for putting the time in to film & edit the video; I'm sure it was a lot of work & it showed the event perfectly. Thanks also Lyndsey & Jess (consiousheartwarrior) for the breathwork session; it was calming, cleansing & left my pals & I relaxed...you are beautiful souls & we'll see you again soon 🕉☯☮
Seem nice folk, looks nice there. All that touchy feeling meditation stuff goes down well. I prefer a more remote place in nature for mine, in a deep level set - I got into it through martial arts and even when I didn't do so much of martial arts I still meditate. Diet changed - although the odd bacon buttie is had it's not daily anymore. You've both got it "sorted innit" - that seemed a great show. I might even try and get my van by then or rent one so I could get down there. Still looking - there's some proper munters going for stupid money now, finding a good one for conversion is getting hard work, I may need more pennies for a larger or better model. We should have such a show up our way, Ribble Valley or Morecambe way.
Hi Andy loved your comment to the white van at the beginning of the vid when you used the phrase ' m duck' a phrased I havent heard for many years since I moved down south (only those from a certain part of the country will know what I mean ) annd Lyndsy loved your silent disco moves. Quality camper van. It makes me wonder how i lived out of my Renault Kangoo van 4 nights a week for 7 years while working in West London. I parked up stealth mode in hotel car parks etc and custom my number plate so not to get a fine.😊. I had a crap mattress which effectively hurt my hips and i had a great way of going to toilet in the van. Minimalist.
