i don't use the dazzler but it's actually annoying to face them, it's not about the damage, it's about the affect that can support your teammate in some very important situations
Use dazzler or latern as a one off weapon to blind your target or as a support weapon. Just make sure the other weapons are buffed up. I've use one latern on hemidall and kept a opponent titan blind while my teammates took him out. I would have helped more but my other weapons weren't in range.
The inferno and pyro need a slight nerf, it should hit overheat faster and have slightly less damage The maha vajra and vajra need a slight shot-spread buff so that they are more accurate. And the glaive and lance man, they need a serious damage buff. Come on pixy. The gargantua and pantagruel should have a damage buff The dazzler and lantern should have an ammo capacity buff
