It's a never ending cycle of do this and don't do that, fuck all that shit, have a balanced diet, stay active, get some money, be responsible with it, discipline yourself and have fun that's it, everything in life is about balance, don't deprive yourself from something you love but don't distract yourself with it as well, a little bit of everything is good for the mind, that's why theirs good and evil.
This makes no senss at all. The entire concept of self improvement is about improving your discipline, controlling your emotions, and finding discipline. Labeling this as the practises of a loser does not make sense.

The point of self improvement is to figure out where to go when you're lost in life. At that point of total indirection, literally anyone with a path is better than no one at all. If your advice is for everyone to remain aimless and struggling then it's pretty shit advice.
Just because you've found your way on your own doesn't mean it's that easy for other people. People like Tate, Peterson and Hormozi are opening doors for people who never believed they could ever be able to be and do more.
