Excellent video and takes a task that most would not undertake and turns it into easy simple job. Nicely done thank you! It can be done right in camp if need be or on a trail if you bring all the right stuff in your tool bag.
Is there a way you can Adjust the rpm range when the clutch comes in? I just got mine and the clutch doesn’t engage until it gets around 5000 rpm is this normal?
Myself and many other KRX owners removed the primary clutch spring altogether. This really quiets the KRX down, without sacraficing any performance. When you remove the P spring, you are basically gearing it a little taller. So instead of turning 5000 rpms at 20mph, you will be only turning 4000-4200. The same thing applies up to around 50 mph. My wife And I can now carry on a normal conversation when trail riding, where before, we had to scream to hear one another! I hope I answered your question.
Strange. Some how Kawasaki made it complicated to change a belt. Luckily they don't make much power so the belt should last longer than a fat man at the buffet

Could these transmissions get out of alignment like Polaris' setup on their rzr?
Awesome video thank you

What is the length of the M10 x 1.25 bolt used to spread the clutch sheaves
Yea that's important to know
Top KNOTCH video there needs to be more girls in this field 👌👌👌
Pls advise what for centrifugal clutch here between crank and CVT? Usually it take place bteween secondary clutch and transmission
Not totally following what you are asking.
@@SuperATVMedia There is a centrifugal clutch installed between crank and prime clutch. Why??? Its must be innovation in ATV world , never hear abt it
@@Yusik7995 It's actually very common , yamaha has been building their ultramatics this way since day one 21 years ago.
Thank you sweety.😊

Haha, we agree 100%.
Did not look that complicated...... and the KRX produces as much if not more power than the Polaris rzr
If that was complicated to you then you should probably stick to stuffing your face at the buffet.
@@JSSuper281 I stuff more than my face at the buffet if you know what I mean
