Love you, Lizzy! When I've had a difficult day, I watch your videos and you never fail to lift my spirits. I learn alot about succulents as well. Keep well.
Hi Liz, that was so fun❤, really enjoyed this video. Unboxing plants is an exciting for growers, it's icing on the cake❤❤❤. See you next time. Those plant potted up was so beautiful❤❤❤
We're on the same boat... just reverse. It’s still hot here in Canberra, but I’m already dreaming of Autumn! ☀️🌸🌱Keep warm, Kimberly and wishing you a wonderful 2025!🥰
Love the joy you have with your unboxing videos. It’s great to see. 😊 I can tell you’re happy when the singing starts. lol Some really pretty succulents and pots there. That last purple one is stunning & looks perfect in the blue pot. 💜💙💜 I have a dasyphyllum Lilac Mound variety. They are just so tiny and so pretty to admire.
I love dasyphyllum Lilac Mound, because I think it's much prettier & hardier compared to the other dasyphyllum. Thanks for watching, Susan and glad you enjoyed the video. 🥰
So much fun to watch unboxing videos with you. Glad you got so many long wished for plants and at bargain basement prices! My favorite pot is the one with the Echeveria Hanaikada variegated with the wispy eucy nuts. Love the Aussie gum nuts. My fav plant between the Crassula gollum variegated and the Rosularia which I've never seen before but you had a stunning bowl of it and it will look amazing in the yellow pot, I love yellow pots they suit red especially and so many other colors 😍
You can use hammer, water and nail as shown on many videos on RUclips but I still prefer to use cordless drill and diamond coated bits. Cordless Drill and diamond coated bits doesn't cost that much nowadays. If I were you, I would save up to buy these tools. It's important to have the right tools for the job. The money saved on broken planters would eventually pay for these tools. Thanks you for watching, May and wishing you the very best for 2025!🥰
oh I do love the E monroe x chanel... I had 2 of them and they both died on me, one after the other from the rain and the heat in the last couple of months. I paid $25 dollars each. My tip is they don't like being out in the weather, if you have a sunny spot that they are out off the rain that is the spot for her.
They are beatiful containers. You drill your own holes in those pots? Otherwise, where to buy? Do you have Sempervivum too? I am not sure if I am being good to mine. Because they grow slowly, I cannot tell what I am doing right or what I am doing wrong. This plant haul looks expensive $$$$$. Enjoy!
Thanks for watching. This plant haul looks expensive but is way under my budget. ☺️ I drill all the holes in the pots. Sempervivum are dormant(summer) at the moment and I have a few. They grow better when it is cold. In growing succulents, the most important factor is to identify the plants; so it will be much easier to know their dormancy period. For example, sempervivum is summer dormant and grows in Autumn, Winter & Spring. Some Echeveria species like agavoides are dormant in summer and the thin leaf echeveria are dormant in winter. This is why it's important to watch my videos😉to know specific growing needs of different succulents. 🥰
18 minutes : Kalanchoe luciae 'Oricula' is a mutation of Kalanchoe luciae discovered by Ron van Leeuwen. (from the World Of Succulents succupedia). Kalanchoe Fiona might be the common name :)

Mine is about to die. She's in an ideal spot but the Summer heat and no watering got to her.🥵 Might be able to save a couple of leaves.🤞🏻
