I tried this out just a few days ago and have to disagree with you.. I found it very pleasing and close to their tasting notes. My method was as an espresso using a non-pressurised basket, 17.5g, with a 29sec pour and an output of 36g. (if that helps). Thanks for all your hardwork with the video's.🙂
Thanks mate...glad you enjoyed it...I just expected something a bit extra but it was nice enough...hopefully I'll try some more of their coffees and see something with a taste that draws me in .

@@dmcerrrmmmm Should try Yayu Wild Forest and Timana - these are our go to as they seem to be decent for espresso but also milk based drinks.

Tbh I don't rate union that high, find it overpriced and average
