I've not tried that coffee DMC, but whenever I try really expensive beans, which is very infrequently, they always seem to have delicate tea-like flavours, as opposed to the in-your-face flavours of the medium range stuff I usually drink
I think the more expensive the beans are, they are usually on the lighter roast side of things (not always) which gives it those floral acidic flavours. Tend to prefer the dark and chocolatey flavours myself.
Not tried this one, but really enjoyed the Pact Tutti Frutti espresso.
