Thank you many times over for posting this how to video. You saved me many hours of frustration. The transmission slipped out of my hands while I was taking it apart and scattered everything. Having never taken one apart, I had no idea what was missing. Your video was clear and precise all the way down to the last piece. I thank you again.
You can see the reason these small drills have so much torque. The layers of planetary gear sets are amazing. A lot of parts to disassemble to make this one work again. Nice interesting repair.
Je croyais la série "Macgyver" terminée et pourtant j'en découvre un nouvel épisode! Trêve de plaisanterie, je vous félicite pour votre imagination, votre habilité et votre détermination. Encore merci
Now looking at your first video, I'm also glad that you respond tot questions, that's highly appriciated, not everybody does that. Gonna have a look at all your other video's. All the best.
Bought one these and the outer lock, inside of the transmission @12:24 that holds the spindle in place, came loose in the first hole I drilled. I lost the warranty so it has to be fixed, thanks to this video I can reassemble correctly the transmission! without any guides I misplaced those small cylinders...
Bonjour Mr, Merci pour cette prestation mécanique de pro, filmographie au top qui se regarde avec une très grande attention, pour ma part. Cordialement
This video inspired me to repair and give a little bit of tlc to my Pabs 14.1 A1. Little bit different and i had to reassemble it 2 times because i forgot 1 washer lol. Thanks!

Sr. Thanks. Great Video. No music, just action, it relaxed me, plus a great sequence of steps to revive a dead tool. It for sure takes great pride in fix a broken tool from its core than just go and buy a new one. Great $ savings and a lot of pride doing it. I learned a lot. Subscribed as well, fan of yours now. Just found your channel today. Thanks again.
Perfect job and camera work!!!!!! Thanks for tip useing injection for grease. WOW!!! Tomorow do the same. GREAT VIDEO! Now i would love to see video how you fix samsung toploader wash not work. 😂😂😂
@Dahen Zana What kind of motor brush did you use? Usually carbon or carbon-copper. I have exactly the same failures as you. I did everything the same. The motor works, turns both ways, but at about 50% of its power. Heats up quickly.
Must be silicon grease . when there's plastic or rubber case, or parts or with rubber bushings use only silicon grease . Don't use normal or hi-temp , or any other bearing grease, when plastic or rubber case involved . I agree with you very excellant job , however he didn't mention what type of grease assuming that every one will know what type of grease by its color . Also, lithium grease looks like recommend lithium grease in the place of silicon grease .
I like how he throws everything in that bin. When it's not exactly the first time you're doing this. I tried to put everything in perfect order on my table and even so I got a bit lost.

All your videos are very good. I wonder how do you remember to reassemble all the parts? Don't you need to write it down when dismantling or few fotos? One more thing, thank you for no music, but a few words while doing the job would be a good help. Reading your captions diverts our attention. A running commentary would be "all wishes fulfilled".

This may be a dumb question but: what exactly are those two parts connected directly to a motor (one to + second to -)? Resistors? Fuses?
I'd like to know, too, I don't know why mine burned.
