Ark Survival Evolved Vs. Ark Survival Ascended

I have always been a lover of Ark. from the moment it hit PS4, I have been hooked. I have over 2500 hours in it and was looking forward to seeing what Ark 2 is going to be like, so it came a shock when Ark 1.5 dropped onto the store. Did I rush onto the store and download, damn right I did.
This is a quick initial comparison of things which stood out to me right away. there will be more. look out for more videos in the future.

My trees break then fall to ground and all the tree and goliage and leaves ruffle and move then it desintegrates

Is that Survival Evolved or Survival Ascended. In Ascended they definitely do as you described.

i like that the water and electric is considered in wall and underground, but does it mention range? or is it like The Infected and its just the map.

You can show the range on the map (the blue shimmer in the video was the water range. To boost the range, you can place water tanks, which also have a range. It's kind of like a mini water network.
I think electricity would need multiple generators to extend the range, but it is quite a wide area already.
