A new 42-unit apartment building near Boston needed a single cooling and heating solution. Our hyper-heat multi-zone systems (brand new at the time) were the perfect solution to eliminate electric baseboard heat. And on top of that, Diamond Contractor Mike Cappuccio discovered a simple installation solution in the process.
